Feasibility studies and engineering assessments have been completed for a small (22 kW) hydroelectric generator installation in rural Tanzania (Mumba, located in the Rukwa region of southwest Tanzania). This EEP project completed the installation of the hydroelectric facility and put into place a local private/private partnership to own and operate the plant.
